Mr. Kibuuka has broad business experience having worked across the Banking, Finance and Investment sectors. He was until 2020 the Group Managing Director of General Machinery Group in Kampala.

Mr. Kasujja is a veteran Investment Banker. He has rich experience as a Board Member of Private & Public Corporations.

Dr. Vyasa Krishna Burugupalli is an insurance professional for the past 45 years with an experience in a good number of regulatory environments. He has guided various NGOs including the Bill & Melinda Gates grantees on microinsurance. He has been connected to the Uganda Insurance Industry for the past twenty years and was the Chief Executive Officer of the First Insurance Company Limited in Kampala till recently. He holds a doctoral qualification on a risk management topic in insurance. He is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. He is a Certified Insurance Practitioner, as well as a Fellow of the Insurance Training College of Uganda.

Ashishkumar is the Founder and Chairman of Pride Global group of companies. He heads the pride group, which is spread across the globe into various business verticals that include insurance, reinsurance, real estate, investments, trading, retail, etc. He is an Entrepreneur and Management executive with over 25 years of first-hand experience, mainly in Asia and Africa.

Varunkumar is the director of Pride Global group of companies. Prior to Joining Pride Global he has worked with multinational companies in sectors like manufacturing, financial services and advisory services. He has expertise in dealing with finance and accounting, treasury, M&A, corporate governance, and strategy. He is on the board of directors of various companies across the globe.

Mr. Nilesh Dodkade is a Director of Pride Group, Singapore and also operates in W-Safe Reinsurance Ltd. as a Finance Controller, a position he has been holding since February 1st, 2022, studied from University of Mumbai & Possess Master’s Degree in management studies. This is in industries like Automobile, Manufacturing, Re-insurance & Insurance. He is currently the Director of Pride Global Holdings Pte Ltd., where he handles the Daily Meeting Operations, takes significant Strategic & Operational Decisions, and more.

Mr. Thiyagarajan is a Chartered Accountant with specialization in Assurance & Advisory. He is currently the; Senior Partner of T. Raghavendran & Associates, Senior Advisory Member in Vinpro Group, and also provides Wealth Advisory Services for various High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) in India & beyond.

Joseph Kibuuka Kisomba has 19 years of Consulting, Advisory, and Executive experience. He holds a PhD in Business management (USA), MBA (Edinburgh Business School, UK), ACCA-UK, a B.Sc. (Hon) App. Accounting, Oxford Brooks (UK) & a B.A Econ (Uganda). As an ACCA, he specialized in Performance Management. He is a Development Economist with key interests in transformative economics and Public investment projects. Joseph is the Chief Executive Officer of Top Performance Limited, a Consulting and Advisory firm. His practice areas include Organization performance, Economics, Commercial negotiation and Fund mobilization. He also chairs the Audit Committee of the Board at FICO and is a member of several other Boards.
